In order to improve the price competitiveness of many downstream customers, especially the foamed wood-plastic products, they often add a large amount of small pipe materials, plastic steel materials, etc. to the foamed PVC formula. It greatly speeds up the plasticization of the overall material. Therefore, in order to obtain a good foaming effect, we suggest that the temperature of the first and second zones of the barrel should be appropriately lowered, or a foaming regulator with slower plasticization and higher melt strength should be used. This will not only make the foaming effect better, but also save a part of the foaming agent, and the quality of the PVC foamed products will also be better. Of course, choosing the right manufacturer is also a top priority.
