LMW: These lower molecular weight process aids primarily provide metal release and are used in all PVC manufacturing processes for clear and opaque products. Grades with FDA approval are also available.
MMW: These process aids can aid in fusion, metal release and melt strength. They are available in varying molecular weight ranges. Can be used in all PVC manufacturing processes for clear and opaque products. Grades with FDA approval are also available.
UHMW: Ultra high molecular weight process aid products that provide excellent melt strength as well as significant usage reductions. These are products are targeted for cellular PVC applications.
