Organic phosphorus flame retardant For Low smoke and halogen free polyolefin PO PP PE EVA wires cables

PN-6004 is a halogen-free flame retardant , which develops its effectiveness through phosphorus /

nitrogen synergism. It is applied in polyolefin cable sleeve, optical cable sheathing and insulation materials , which can meet the requirements of high LOI, low smoke density, vertical flammability(single root and bunch), smoke pH value, conductivity, tensile strength and elongation etc.. It has the features of high hydrophobicity, no migration and UV resistance.

Usage:

1. Applied in polyolefin material with the dosage of 30-40% to get requirements of UL94- V0 (1.6mm), LOI>35, vertical flammability(single root and bunch).

2.Low smoke density and meet the standard requirements of smoke pH value and conductivity.

3.Excellent mechanical property and breaking elongation in polyolefin materials.

4.High hydrophobicity and non- migratory of flame retardant to ensure consistent stability and appearance in cables.

5.Excellent dispersibility and processability.

6.Finished product with PN-6004 is recyclable.

Package & Storage:

PN-6004 is delivered in 25KG paper-plastic composite bag with PE liner.

Store in a dry and ventilated warehouse.Minimum shelf life is 12 months under proper stored condition.
