TL-16 does not cause the decline of the PVC glass transition temperature,reduce the friction between the molecules,enhance the performance,decrease the fusion time,reduce the melting temperature,good solubility,has good effect used with transparent stabilizer system (such as Tin Stabilizer).

Application
TL-16 is Internal Lubricant used in rigid PVC, it is highly compatible all-round lubricant also suitable for other additives. It is applicable to many kinds of processing conditions. TL-16 can promote plasticization of melt, improve surface gloss. It can be widely used in transparent sheets, granules, window profiles, sections,sheets and pipes.

It is about 0.3-1.2 PHR, under special cases the amount can be increased.
