Chlorinated Polyethylene CPE135 has different type. Generally speaking,  CPE135 can be divided into three categories: CPE135 A, CPE135 B and CPE 135 C.

  • CPE 135A(cpe  Impact Modifier) is mainly used  to modify hard PVC products, such as PVC door and window profiles, siding,sheet,fence,electrical conduit, etc.
  • CPE 135B (cpe  rubberis mainly used in the rubber field, which is usually called cm. It is widely used in production of hore, wire/cable and molded products.
  • CPE 135C (cpe  impact modifieris mainly used to modify ABS.

CPE is made by the substitution reaction of high-density polyethylene and chlorine through free radicals.
The main reason is that the molecular weight of high-density polyethylene is different. Comparatively speaking, the high-density polyethylene used in type A has the largest molecular weight, and the high-density polyethylene used in type C  has the smallest molecular weight. 

CPE 135A and  CPE 135C generally do not require  Mooney viscosity.

Package and Storage

The product can be stored under appropriate conditions for two years. But please keep products store in a dry ventilated environment (temperature should not exceed 30°C, in low humidity). Inappropriate storage environment may cause agglomeration. Especially at high temperatures & high humidity, it is recommended not to stack more than 30 days long, it may increase agglomeration phenomenon. Agglomeration does not affect the quality and performance, not a quality problem, but agglomeration material is smashed before using .
