MCA Flame Retardant is a common flame retardant agent, it has the advantage of Halogen-free, low toxicity and low smoke, high thermal stability, When the temperature is 300 C, it still has low heat loss. MCA is specially suitable for natural nylon6 and nylon 66,

Nylon with MCA flame retardant has fire-retardant performance up to UL94V-0 level (960; 16mm)

Advantages of MCA flame retardant used in Nylon:

High brightness, excellent dispersibility, high compatibility with other flame retardant system.

The initial decomposition temperatures above 250 C, higher temperature resistance, good thermal stability.

Halogen-Free Flame Retardant, it has low toxicity and environment-friendly products.

Flame retardant properties can reach UL94V-0 level, and is available from the GWFI test 960C

Base material PA6 88-90% PA66 90-92%

Flame retardant MCA 12%-10% MCA 8-10%
