Our PVC foaming regulator TF-100 is a Processing Aid (Acrylic Processing Aid) based on a high molecular weight resin, which improves the processability and the performances of PVC formulations.

It can be widely used in PVC profiles, sections, pipes, fittings and low foaming products to inhibit foaming or vesication.

Advantage:
--Promote gelation of #PVC, improves hot-melt strength and visco-elasticity, stabilizes the microcells generated by lowing agents to achieve the low density and high strength of the foam;
--Increase the surface quality of PVC products, excellent dispersivity and rheological property in PVC resin processing, promote fusion in low temperature and increase fusion strength, elongation and elasticity;
--Broaden the range of PVC resin processing, endow perfect surface gloss, get uniform bubble structure and low density using in foam products.
