Characteristics and using the formulations of MCA Flame Retardant

MCA flame retardant is mainly used for synthetic resins and synthetic rubber, as well as plastic products regarding as Halogen-Free Flame Retardant; added as a solid lubricant additives in lubricating oils, grease, cream, add in fire retardant coatings for flame retardant, matting agent; add lubricant in cosmetics.

1. It is a halogen-free falme retardant, eco-friendly, as well as the best concerns in the process of health and satety.

2. The sublimation temperature of MCA is 440c, It has high temperature resistance and good thermal stability in the process.

3. It has excellent quality, no fade, no blooming. In addition, the product without using other synergists.

It will be works well with other flame retardant :

MCA compounded with red phosphorus masterbatches (P:3-6%,MCA10-15)

MCA compounded with Sb2O3 (Sb2O3:2-5%,MCA8-15)

Its fire-retardant properties can reach US UL94V-0 level, oxygen index (OI) up to 38.0.

MCA is especially suitable for polyamide 6 and 66, without packing, the fire-retardant performance can up to UL94V-0 level.
